This role also offers <strong>hybrid remote working.</strong></p><p>This organisation uses SAP and ideally are looking for a candidate who has <strong>SAP experience</strong>.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Primary responsibilities; </strong></p><p> </p><ul><li>Prepare accurate and timely monthly management accounts in accordance with Group reporting requirements.</li><li>Lead the month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring all financial records are complete, accurate, and compliant.</li><li>Review and analyse profit and loss accounts, investigating and explaining variances against budget, forecast, and prior periods.</li><li>Review balance sheet accounts to ensure accuracy, completeness, and appropriate supporting documentation.</li><li>Prepare and post journals, accruals, prepayments, and provisions.</li><li>Monitor project financial performance, including revenue recognition, margins and service profitability.</li><li>Review Work-in-Progress (WIP) balances ensuring accurate project cost allocations.</li><li>Analyse labour utilization, overhead recovery, and operational costs performance to identify risks</li><li>Support inventory valuation and cost accounting processes where applicable.</li><li>Prepare annual cost planning for charge out rates to support decision making.</li><li>Ensure compliance with Group Financial Policies, accounting standards and local statutory requirements.</li><li>Support tax compliance activities, including VAT, Corporation Tax, PAYE, P11D and other regulatory reporting obligations.</li><li>Assist with internal and external audits and implement audit recommendations.</li></ul><p> </p><p> </p><p><strong>Key experience and attributes; </strong></p><p> </p><p> </p><ul><li>Experience: Preferably have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a multi-national environment.</li><li>Proficient Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.</li><li>Customer Orientation: Strong focus on internal and external customer needs and service-oriented mindset.</li><li>Cross-Cultural Interaction: Effective communication skills in diverse cultural environments.</li><li>CRM & ERP Experience: Proficient in SAP.</li><li>Organisational Skills: Exceptional organisational abilities.</li><li>Team Player: Outstanding team player who fosters a positive team spirit.</li><li>Meticulous Attention to Detail: Demonstrate a high level of accuracy and precision in all tasks.</li><li>Resilience: High resilience and ability to handle pressure.</li><li>Flexibility: Adaptable and flexible approach to work.</li></ul><p>Robert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
