- <p>Robert Half are working in exclusive partnership with a listed business in the South West to recruit a Senior FP&A Manager on a permanent basis. This is an exciting time to join in a newly created role and function! You will be at the forefront of building and driving new processes, tools and owning the strategic planning areas moving forward. A high degree of ownership and exposure to senior stakeholders across the organisation, a great chance for visibility and to be part of building a best in class FP&A operation.</p><p>This role would suit a candidate with prior FP&A experience, particularly in areas of planning, forecasting and process improvement ideally obtained within a complex and matrix style organisation.</p><p> </p><p>As Senior FP&A Manager, you will receive a base salary of in the region of £90,000 to £100,000, car allowance or company car, bonus (c20%), enhanced pension. This role is offered on a hybrid basis 2 days in the office with occasional travel to South West sites.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Key responsibilities include</strong></p><ul><li>Lead the annual budgeting and mid to long term planning alongside quarterly reforecasts</li><li>Develop scenario models and sensitivity analysis</li><li>Analyse and provide insight on cost and performance initiatives</li><li>Own capital investment and cashflow projections</li><li>Monitor and evaluate KPI performance alongside identifying risk and opportunities</li><li>Own consolidated forecasts and provide actionable insight for decision making</li><li>Own the long term strategic planning models</li><li>Lead a small team directly and influence the wider business leaders through a period of significant transformation, drive adoption on new incentives, processes and tools</li><li>Own the continuous improvement of the FP&A function</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>About your experience</strong></p><ul><li>Fully qualified (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)</li><li>Evidenced experience within the FP&A function of a complex business, ideally understanding stakeholder management within a matrix structure</li><li>Strong examples within data extraction, manipulation and consolidation for reporting and planning purposes</li><li>Driven change initiatives both with processes/tools through to the people side of change</li></ul><p>Robert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
