Robert Half is recruiting for an Interim Group Risk Vendor Management Consultant to support a major vendor risk and governance project for a leading international organisation. This is a primarily remote role, ideal for an experienced consultant with a strong background in vendor management, third-party risk, policy review, data reconciliation, and contract standardisation.<h3 id="key-responsibilities">Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Reconcile and cleanse vendor and contract data across InfoPulse, ServiceNow and Aderant</li><li>Identify missing contracts and classify critical/material vendors</li><li>Support migration of vendor data into a centralised repository</li><li>Review and simplify the existing Group Vendor Management Policy</li><li>Develop high-level risk classification assessments and detailed vendor risk questionnaires</li><li>Create a standardised baseline vendor agreement using AI tools</li><li>Produce guidance on preferred, negotiable and non-negotiable contract positions</li><li>Test contract risk methodology against existing agreements</li><li>Support the development of a draft Business Requirements Document for a future vendor risk management solution</li></ul><h3 id="about-you">About You</h3><ul><li>Proven experience in vendor management, third-party risk, supplier risk or operational risk</li><li>Strong skills in policy drafting, risk assessments, data remediation and governance</li><li>Experience with ServiceNow and ideally exposure to InfoPulse and Aderant</li><li>Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced interim environment</li></ul>If you are available at short notice and have the relevant experience, please get in touch with Robert Half for a confidential discussion.Robert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
