Finance Buisness Partner | St Helens | Paying upto £80k Robert Half is partnering with a leading international business to recruit a Finance Business Partner, offering a competitive salary of £70,000 - £80,000 plus benefits, with hybrid working.<h3 data-start="390" data-end="404">The Role</h3>As Finance Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in driving business performance by delivering financial insights and partnering with senior stakeholders across commercial, operational, and engineering functions. This is a highly visible role, providing strategic support and commercial analysis to ensure profitable decision-making across the business.Key responsibilities include:<ul data-end="1459" data-start="803"><li data-start="803" data-end="914">Acting as a trusted partner to business development, product management, operations, and engineering teams.</li><li data-end="1018" data-start="915">Providing robust financial analysis to support pricing, bids, contracts, and product profitability.</li><li data-start="1019" data-end="1092">Leading the budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes.</li><li data-start="1093" data-end="1221">Conducting detailed margin, customer, and product profitability analysis, identifying key drivers and areas for improvement.</li><li data-start="1222" data-end="1306">Supporting year-end processes, cost audits, and liaising with external auditors.</li><li data-end="1410" data-start="1307">Driving process improvement and system enhancements to strengthen financial controls and reporting.</li><li data-end="1459" data-start="1411">Supervising and mentoring a cost accountant.</li></ul><h3 data-end="1480" data-start="1461">The Candidate</h3>We are seeking a qualified finance professional (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) with 7-10 years of post-qualification experience in a commercially focused role.
