You will be responsible for following duties:</p><ul><li>Prepare monthly management accounts, including profit and loss, balance sheet, and reconciliations</li><li>Proactively investigate and resolve any mis-postings or imbalances within the accounts</li><li>Analyse performance and variances against budgets and forecasts in the Weekly Flash, providing clear commentary and recommendations</li><li>Monitor and control costs, identifying opportunities for efficiency and improvement and working with Operational teams to implement and track these improvements</li><li>Conduct regular financial reviews with budget holders to support performance against targets</li><li>Complete VAT returns for UK attractions</li><li>Review royalties and prepare quarterly statements</li><li>Monthly reconciliation of revenue systems, third-party ticket partners, gift vouchers</li><li>Support annual budgeting and forecasting, working with department heads to build realistic plans</li><li>Support internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and reporting requirements</li><li>Contribute to ad hoc projects and initiatives, providing financial input and insight as required</li><li>Support process improvement initiatives within the finance function</li><li>Attend Company events, previews, press nights and performances as required</li></ul><p><strong>Profile:</strong></p><p>The successful interim Management Accountant will have a minimum of 2+ years experience <br /> You must be immediate or 1 weeks notice to be considered for this role.</p><p><strong>Salary &amp; Benefits:</strong></p><p>This role is paying between £20-£22.50p/h</p><p>Robert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
