Employing c.65 employees - this is the base for the EMEA operation which has presence in mainland Germany. </p><p>The Role</p><p>The EMEA Finance Manager will oversee the day-to-day financial management and reporting operations for the EMEA business, covering entities in the UK, Germany & Poland. Operating at the heart of the energy sector, they ensure the market runs accurately and smoothly.</p><p>Due to continued growth, they are looking to hire a qualified Finance Business Partner to join their high-calibre finance department.</p><p><strong>Role</strong></p><p>Reporting into the Head of FP&A, the Finance Business Partner will support in several key commercial duties covering the forecasting & budgeting, investment appraisals, financial analysis and regular contact with stakeholders.</p><p>Responsibilities include:</p><ul><li>Partner with business units to provide financial insight, challenge, and guidance</li><li>Lead budgeting, forecasting, and in-year financial management</li><li>Provide clear analysis to support senior leadership and operational decision-making</li><li>Build financial models and scenarios for business cases and projects</li><li>Oversee project accounting, cost tracking, and financial governance</li><li>Identify financial risks and opportunities to improve business performance</li><li>Enhance management reporting and drive finance process improvements</li><li>Support finance systems and resolve finance-related queries across the organisation</li></ul><p><strong>Profile</strong></p><p>The ideal profile for this Finance Business Partner position, should have the following:</p><ul><li>Qualified Accountant (ACCA/ACA/CIMA) with proven commercial finance experience built in industry</li><li>Practical experience in business partnering and engaging with stakeholders</li><li>Evidence of financial analysis, and dealing with business cases / investment appraisals</li><li>Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal</li><li>Shorter notice periods would be strongly preferred!</li></ul><p><strong>Salary & Benefits</strong></p><p>£60,000 - £70,000 plus additional benefits:</p><ul><li>Hybrid working structure - 1-2 days a week</li><li>Private medical & dental insurance</li><li>Retail discounts</li><li>Group pension plan</li><li>25 days holiday</li><li>Seasonal socials</li><li>Discounted gym membership</li></ul><p>The salary range/rates of pay is dependent upon your experience, qualifications or training.</p><p>Robert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
