You will have managed staff but will be happy to be hands on where necessary. Based on the nature of the business, candidates from Retail, FMCG, Manufacturing or Publishing will be advantageous. You will motivated to work for an owner led business that has a family feel and be motivated to go above and beyond. This role is 5 days a week in the office during the 6 month probation. 3-4 after.
