Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Downloading and adding data into a global database</li><li>Data validation and correction using in-house applications, Python, Excel and SQL Server Management Studio</li><li>Investigation of new patent data sources</li><li>Dealing with helpdesk support queries</li><li>Working with the development team regarding data extraction and application troubleshooting</li><li>Specification writing of new in-house applications</li><li>User Acceptance Testing of new in-house applications</li><li>Ensuring data quality with emphasis on attention to detail</li><li>Ensuring all data feeds are completed on time</li><li>Data source ownership and process reviews in order to improve speed, accuracy and automation opportunities</li></ul>Person Spec:<ul><li>Good communication, detail orientated, methodical and numerate</li><li>Experience of querying databases using SQL Server</li><li>Excellent computer skills including Word and Excel</li><li>Excellent oral and written communication skills</li></ul>Interviews will be arranged ASAP. 2 Stage process and quick turnaround.Hybrid working 3 days in the office in South West London (excellent transport links including people who live close to the overground, district line, Piccadilly line and national rail) and 2 days from home.
