  • <p><strong>Role:</strong></p><p>Our client is looking for an immediate, temporary, Group Financial Controller to assist them for 15 months. You will be responsible for following duties</p><ul><li> Lead EMEA financial close and consolidated reporting across 20 legal entities, ensuring accuracy, governance, and IFRS compliance.</li><li>Maintain strong balance sheet control, cashflow management, liquidity forecasting, and working capital optimisation.</li><li>Oversee payroll approval, tax coordination, and statutory compliance to minimise risk and liabilities.</li><li>Provide high-quality financial reporting and insights to the European CFO and global leadership.</li><li>Partner with senior stakeholders across Europe and Australia on budgeting, forecasting, strategy, and performance improvement.</li><li>Lead audit, risk, and governance activities, including external and internal audits and financial controls.</li><li>Drive systems implementation, process improvement, reporting efficiency, and EMEA standardisation.</li><li>Support M&amp;A, strategic projects, cross-regional initiatives, and provide leadership within a high-energy European finance team.</li></ul><p><strong>Profile:</strong></p><p>The successful, temporary Group Financial Controller will have excellent consolidation skills and and have 4/5 years post qualified experience. </p><p>You must be immediate or 1 weeks notice to be considered for this role.</p><p><strong>Client:</strong></p><p>Our client are a leading Retail Company based in London.
