<p><strong>Role:</strong></p><p>Our client is looking for an immediate, temporary, Management Accountant to assist them for 12 months. You be will be responsible for following duties:</p><ul><li>Perform daily bank reconciliations</li><li>Prepare and issue sales invoices, perform regular reviews of accounts receivable, and proactively follow up on outstanding payments to ensure timely cash collection</li><li>Full ownership of the direct debit process</li><li>Managing the P&L and balance sheet to produce accurate monthly management accounts.</li><li>Responsible for key aspects of month-end and daily finance operations, including ownership of preparing and posting period-end journals such as accruals & prepayments.</li><li>Completion of balance sheet reconciliation and reconciling items corrected in a timely manner.</li><li>Support clubs with financial queries</li><li>Support the year-end audit process by preparing reconciliations and supporting schedules, while liaising directly with external auditors to address queries</li><li>Participate in various ad hoc financial projects, supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the finance function.</li></ul><p><strong>Profile:</strong></p><p>The successful, temporary Management Accountant will be part-qualified or finalist level (Eg. ACCA or CIMA) and have multi site experience. You will ideally have used Netsuite, however they will consider people who have used similar large ERP systems. </p><p>You must be immediate or 1 weeks notice to be considered for this role.</p><p><strong>Client:</strong></p><p>Our client are a leading Hospitality Company based in London.
