<p>Are you an experienced Financial Controller looking for a new challenge? Would you like to work for a leading UK PE backed growing Facilities company? Do you have experience working across commercial & group finance as well as Treasury function.</p><p>As the successful candidate you will be comfortable with a fast paced changing environment and tight deadlines. You will have a strong blend of technical accounting and controls as well as confident stakeholder management capabilities.</p><p>Other key responsibilities include;</p><p>* Ownership of ledgers for four operating companies and one holding company</p><p>* Day-to-day management of finance function</p><p>* Manage core finance team</p><p>* Ownership of management reporting General Duties/Key Responsibilities:</p><p>* Produce monthly management reporting pack with variance analysis</p><p>* Support audit work for statutory accounts</p><p>* Oversee monthly payroll submission to Group</p><p>* Maintain reconciliation with operating system</p><p> </p><p>* Calculation of 13 week cash-flow submission</p><p>* Management and development of AP/AR teams</p><p>* Production of balance sheet reconciliations for five entities</p><p>* Preparation of annual budget</p><p>* Develop and maintain necessary controls, policies and procedures to ensure effective and efficient financial management</p><p>In return we offer a great salary and benefits package and the chance to grow your career within a growing PE backed environment.</p><p> </p><p>Robert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
