- <p><strong>6-Month Interim Opportunity - Global Head of Credit Control & Collections - London</strong><br /><br />I'm currently supporting a global organisation in its search for an experienced .to lead a business-critical programme focused on improving working capital, accelerating cash conversion and enhancing collections performance across multiple international markets.<br /><br />This is a high-profile interim assignment for a commercially minded finance leader who can quickly identify opportunities, drive change and deliver measurable improvements in cash flow performance.<br /><br /><strong>Central London (2 days per week)</strong><br /><strong>6-Month Interim Contract</strong></p><p><strong>£400 - 500 per day Inside IR35</strong></p><p><br /><br />Key Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Drive global improvements in DSO, overdue debt, aged debt and cash collection performance</li><li>Establish collections governance, KPIs, reporting standards and operational best practice</li><li>Lead and influence international credit control and collections teams, including shared service operations</li><li>Partner with Commercial, Sales, Operations and Finance leadership to remove barriers to cash collection</li><li>Manage complex customer disputes, high-risk receivables and strategic account escalations</li><li>Improve forecasting accuracy, credit risk management and working capital performance</li><li>Deliver continuous improvement initiatives across the end-to-end Order-to-Cash process</li></ul><p><br />What We're Looking For:</p><ul><li>Significant leadership experience within Credit Control, Collections or Accounts Receivable</li><li>Ideally MICM qualified</li><li>Proven success managing international or global collections functions</li><li>Strong understanding of working capital optimisation and credit risk management</li><li>Experience working with shared service and outsourced delivery models</li><li>Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior and executive leaders</li><li>A track record of delivering tangible improvements in cash collection and operational performance</li></ul><p><br />This represents an excellent opportunity for an experienced interim professional to make an immediate impact within a complex, global business environment.<br /><br />Interested in hearing more?
