  • <p><strong>Role:</strong></p><p>Our client is looking for an immediate, temporary, Head of Finance to assist them for 6 months. You will be responsible for the following duties:</p><ul><li>Quarterly planning</li><li>Financial planning and forecasting, including maintaining and developing forecasting tools.</li><li>Responsible for budgetary analysis, cost analysis and cost optimisation across the organisation.</li><li>Key decision-maker around OPEX and CAPEX</li><li>Owns and monitors key financial indicators, OKRs and KPIs, including setting appropriate KPIs across the function.</li><li>Responsible for ensuring financial deadlines and deliverables are met across the team.</li><li>Oversee audit, financial controls and audit trails, ensuring appropriate documentation and governance is maintained.</li><li>Responsible for the integrity and oversight of the financial ledgers.</li><li>Strong focus on knowledge transfer and ensuring financial knowledge/processes are embedded within the team.</li><li>Works closely with Payroll</li><li>Support recruitment/workforce planning, assessing headcount requirements and associated costs.</li><li>Provide financial analysis around settlement agreements and their cost implications.</li><li>Play a key role in financial and operational risk management.</li></ul><p><strong>Profile:</strong></p><p>The successful, temporary Head of Finance will be qualified and have previous experience in the Not for Profit Charity sector.</p><p>You must be immediate or 1 weeks notice to be considered for this role.</p><p><strong>Client:</strong></p><p>Our client are a Not for Profit Organisation based in London. You will oversee the statutory reporting, cash flow forecasting, liquidity planning as well as support the system implementation project.
