They provide a market-leading data and intelligence platform, operating at the forefront of the sales technology space and operating across several countries.</p><p>Due to continued growth, they are looking to hire a high-calibre FP&A Manager to join their commercial finance function.</p><p><strong>Role</strong></p><p>The FP&A Manager will take ownership of top-level analysis, data insights and management reporting to support on strategic initiatives. They will take on a number of key duties including:</p><ul><li>Support company-wide forecasting, budgeting and long-term planning processes.</li><li>Own key elements of the financial model, with a particular focus on recurring revenue and ARR forecasting.</li><li>Prepare regular management reporting, including variance analysis and performance insight for senior stakeholders.</li><li>Help develop and maintain core SaaS KPIs, including ARR and other recurring revenue metrics, to track growth and performance.</li><li>Partner with data and systems teams to improve reporting, automation and overall data quality.</li><li>Deliver scenario modelling and commercial analysis to support strategic initiatives and investment decisions.</li><li>Act as a finance business partner to key departments, supporting planning, performance and decision-making.</li><li>Drive continuous improvement across FP&A processes, systems and reporting.</li></ul><p><strong>Profile</strong></p><p>The ideal profile for this FP&A Manager position should have the following attributes:</p><ul><li>Qualified Accountant with 6+ years post qualification experience in a similar senior FP&A capacity.</li><li>Experience working within a similar SaaS / Recurring Revenue.</li><li>Excellent analytical & Excel skills (financial data modelling etc.)</li><li>Experience using NetSuite is highly advantageous.</li><li>Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.</li></ul><p><strong>Salary & Benefits</strong></p><p>£85,000 - £100,000 + additional benefits including:</p><ul><li>Discretionary bonus scheme</li><li>Hybrid working - 3-4 days in office</li><li>Pension scheme</li><li>Healthcare</li><li>Regular socials & more.</li></ul><p>The salary range/rates of pay is dependent upon your experience, qualifications or training.</p><p>Robert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions. <p><strong>Interim Senior Treasury Manager - 6 months - London (Hybrid) - up to £500 per day (Umbrella - Inside IR35)</strong></p><p>Are you a seasoned treasury professional ready to lead a critical function within a global business environment? Our client is seeking an interim Senior Treasury Manager to oversee and continuously improve its treasury operations, drive process optimisation, and ensure robust risk management across all legal entities and operating units.</p><p><strong>Role Overview:</strong><br /> As Interim Senior Treasury Manager you'll lead the end-to-end treasury function, including cash management, forecasting, policy development, and financial risk mitigation.
