This role will lead a business critical Salesforce implementation that has stalled and now requires strong leadership, review, and delivery focus to bring it back on track.<h3 data-start="620" data-end="644">Responsibilities:</h3><ul data-start="645" data-end="1416"><li data-end="739" data-start="645">Take ownership of the existing Salesforce implementation and conduct a full project review</li><li data-end="827" data-start="740">Assess current progress, documentation, technical configuration, and delivery risks</li><li data-end="896" data-start="828">Re-establish project governance, timelines, and delivery roadmap</li><li data-start="897" data-end="982">Engage with internal stakeholders to clarify business requirements and priorities</li><li data-start="983" data-end="1070">Work closely with technical teams, third party partners, and Salesforce specialists</li><li data-end="1130" data-start="1071">Manage project plans, RAID logs, budgets, and reporting</li><li data-start="1131" data-end="1197">Drive delivery to agreed milestones within a 6 month timeframe</li><li data-start="1198" data-end="1277">Ensure strong stakeholder communication across business and technical teams</li><li data-start="1278" data-end="1358">Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to prevent further delays</li><li data-start="1359" data-end="1416">Provide regular progress updates to senior leadership</li></ul><h3 data-end="1450" data-start="1423">Experience Required:</h3><ul data-start="1451" data-end="2047"><li data-start="1451" data-end="1521">Proven experience delivering end to end Salesforce implementations</li><li data-start="1522" data-end="1613">Strong background as a Project Manager within CRM or business transformation programmes</li><li data-end="1673" data-start="1614">Experience recovering or re mobilising stalled projects</li><li data-start="1674" data-end="1757">Solid understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and delivery frameworks</li><li data-end="1849" data-start="1758">Experience working within B2C organisations (housebuilding experience highly desirable)</li><li data-end="1908" data-start="1850">Strong stakeholder management and communication skills</li><li data-start="1909" data-end="1986">Ability to challenge constructively and drive accountability across teams</li><li data-start="1987" data-end="2047">Experience working in fast paced commercial environments</li></ul><h3 data-end="2070" data-start="2054">Contract:</h3><ul data-end="2269" data-start="2071"><li data-start="2071" data-end="2126">Initial 6 month contract (with potential extension)</li><li data-start="2127" data-end="2151">Competitive day rate</li><li data-start="2152" data-end="2269">Hybrid working in Uxbridge</li></ul>Robert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
