- <p><strong>UiPath RPA Developer -London (Hybrid) - 6-12 month contract</strong></p><p><strong>Role:</strong> UiPath RPA Developer (Contract)<br /> <strong>Location:</strong> London (Hybrid Working)<br /> <strong>Contract:</strong> Initial 6 months (extensions likely)<br /> <strong>Rate:</strong> £350 - £600 p/day depending on experience</p><p>Robert Half are working with a leading client and are recruiting a number of experienced <strong>UiPath RPA Developers and/or Architects</strong> to join a high-profile digital transformation programme based in London.</p><p>This is an excellent opportunity to work on large-scale automation initiatives delivering robust and scalable robotic process automation (RPA) solutions across the organisation.</p><p><strong>You will need to hold SC level security clearance or be able and willing to undergo the process. </strong></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Design, develop and implement automation solutions using the UiPath platform.</li><li>Build reusable, scalable and maintainable RPA workflows.</li><li>Collaborate with Business Analysts, Solution Architects and technical teams to understand business requirements.</li><li>Perform unit testing, system testing and support UAT activities.</li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, ensuring optimal bot performance.</li><li>Produce clear technical documentation and adhere to development standards.</li><li>Support deployment, monitoring and continuous improvement of automation solutions.</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>Essential Skills & Experience</strong></p><ul><li>Strong commercial experience developing solutions with <strong>UiPath</strong>.</li><li>Excellent understanding of RPA development best practices and software development lifecycle.</li><li>Experience with UiPath Studio, Orchestrator and REFramework.</li><li>Knowledge of API integrations and web services.</li><li>Experience working with SQL databases.</li><li>Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.</li><li>Experience working within Agile delivery environments.</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>Desirable</strong></p><ul><li>UiPath Advanced Developer Certification.</li><li>Experience delivering RPA solutions within the public sector or large enterprise organisations.</li><li>Knowledge of Power Platform, .NET or C#.</li><li>Experience with Azure DevOps, Git or other version control tools.</li></ul><p><strong>What's on Offer</strong></p><ul><li>Opportunity to work on nationally significant digital transformation programmes.</li><li>Collaborative Agile environment.</li><li>Hybrid working </li><li>Long-term contract potential.</li><li>Competitive day rate.</li></ul><p>Robert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
