The Operations & Fund Accountant will ensure the accounting and fund operations workflows underpinning my client's platform are correctly designed, applied, and maintained - both for existing clients and, critically, when onboarding new asset manager clients onto the platform. You'll work closely with founders, engineering, external administrators, and legal/tax advisors, and you'll have direct involvement in commercial conversations and technical due diligence with prospective asset manager clients.

The Candidate

The successful Operations and Fund Accounting specialist will be a fully qualified fund accountant, ACA, ACCA or CIMA, with at least 2 years of post qualified experience. Experience in fund accounting, fund administration, or fund controllership - private markets, secondaries, or money market experience is a strong plus.

The Firm

The firm is a Fintech operating in the asset management space. They are a small, globally based team thus this is a a fully remote role. Some very occasional travel may be required.

Salary & Benefits

The successful Operations and Fund Accounting Specialist will receive a salary of £80,000-£90,000 (depending on experience) plus a benefits package including share options.

Robert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
