The RoleThe Management Accountant will play a key role in delivering accurate, timely financial reporting and actionable insight to support strategic decision-making. You will take ownership of the month-end process, budget preparation, variance analysis, and operational forecasting while acting as a trusted finance business partner across departments. The role combines responsibility for accurate weekly payroll preparation with finance, accounts and general administrative support.The key focus is compiling, checking and validating employee hours before weekly payroll is processed.
