Employing c.65 employees - this is the base for the EMEA operation which has presence in mainland Germany. </p><p>The Role</p><p>The EMEA Finance Manager will oversee the day-to-day financial management and reporting operations for the EMEA business, covering entities in the UK, Germany &amp; Poland.   • <p style="text-align: justify;">Robert Half are working in exclusive partnership with an established and growing consultancy based in Oxford to recruit a Senior Finance Manager on a part-time basis (22.5 hours). This is a permanent position created due to internal promotion, a great opportunity to join an established firm in a role offering progression and development.</p><p style="text-align: justify;"> </p><p style="text-align: justify;">This is as a part-time position (22.5 hours) with ownership as a senior leader and ability to grow in responsibility, you will come from a technical and controls background with an understanding of tax requirements and ability to provide leadership within a stable function.</p><p style="text-align: justify;">The Senior Finance Manager position will be paying in the region of £80,000 to £85,000 per annum (full time equivalent, pro rata to 22.5 hours) with hybrid working (1-2 days on site) and a great prospect for future development.
