<h2> </h2>We're recruiting for a Management Accountant on a temp‑to‑perm basis to join a growing business based on the Birmingham Business Park. This is a hands‑on role supporting the day‑to‑day finance function, with strong exposure to operational reporting and senior stakeholders, and a clear opportunity to move into a permanent position.<h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Production of monthly management accounts, including journals, accruals and prepayments</li><li>Variance analysis and commentary against budget and forecast</li><li>Preparation of budgets and forecasts, working closely with operational managers</li><li>Balance sheet reconciliations and month‑end close duties</li><li>Cashflow reporting and support with working capital management</li><li>Analysis of operational and logistics costs to support decision‑making</li><li>Supporting year‑end and audit processes as required</li><li>Identifying and improving finance processes and controls</li></ul> You must be available to interview at short notice and start immediately.
