Instead, we are looking for someone with strong programme leadership experience who understands modern data platforms and can confidently engage senior stakeholders across multiple business functions.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Lead delivery of a large-scale Data Lake and Analytics transformation programme</li><li>Engage and influence senior stakeholders across Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Commercial and Technology functions</li><li>Drive programme governance, planning, reporting and execution</li><li>Coordinate delivery teams, technology partners and third-party suppliers</li><li>Support the development of data-driven decision making and reporting capabilities</li><li>Ensure business requirements are translated into successful programme outcomes</li><li>Manage programme risks, dependencies and executive-level communications</li></ul><p><strong>Key Experience Required</strong></p><ul><li>Proven experience leading end-to-end Data & Analytics transformation programmes</li><li>Strong programme or project leadership background</li><li>Experience delivering Data Lake initiatives at enterprise scale</li><li>Strong stakeholder management skills across business and technology teams</li><li>Experience working with executive sponsors, steering committees and senior business leaders</li><li>Understanding of data governance, analytics, reporting and data quality principles</li></ul><p><strong>Desirable Experience: </strong>Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Platform, Power BI, Manufacturing, Retail, Distribution, Consumer Products or Supply Chain environments</p><p>Add this at the bottom of the advert:</p><p> </p><p><strong>Please note:</strong> Due to the nature of this engagement, successful candidates will be required to complete comprehensive onboarding and compliance checks.
