  • <p></p><p>We are recruiting for a <strong>Bookkeeper </strong>&amp; Office Manager on behalf of a growing business in Coventry. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced finance professional looking for a part-time role that combines bookkeeping responsibilities with general office management duties.</p><p>Working closely with the leadership team, you will take ownership of the day-to-day finance function while ensuring the smooth running of the office environment.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><br><br>Bookkeeping Duties<br><br><ul><li>Maintain accurate financial records using <strong>Xero</strong></li><li>Process sales and purchase invoices</li><li>Manage bank reconciliations and credit card reconciliations</li><li>Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable</li><li>Prepare VAT returns and support compliance requirements</li><li>Assist with month-end reporting and financial administration</li><li>Produce ad hoc finance reports as required</li><li>Liaise with external accountants where necessary</li></ul><br><br>Office Management Duties<br><br><ul><li>Oversee day-to-day office operations</li><li>Manage office supplies and equipment</li><li>Coordinate suppliers and service providers</li><li>Handle incoming correspondence and general administration</li><li>Support onboarding of new employees</li><li>Maintain organised filing systems and company records</li><li>Assist with diary management and meeting coordination</li><li>Provide administrative support to the wider team</li></ul><h3>About You</h3><ul><li>Previous experience in a bookkeeping position</li><li>Strong working knowledge of <strong>Xero</strong></li><li>Experience carrying out bank reconciliations, invoice processing and VAT submissions</li><li>Highly organised with strong attention to detail</li><li>Comfortable managing both finance and administrative responsibilities</li><li>Proficient with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel</li><li>Able to work independently and prioritise workload effectively</li></ul><h3>What's On Offer</h3><ul><li>Part-time hours (2 days per week)</li><li>Temp-to-perm opportunity</li><li>Friendly and supportive working environment</li><li>Varied role combining finance and office management responsibilities</li><li>Immediate start available</li></ul><br><p> </p><p>Robert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
