This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded finance professional who enjoys combining <strong>business partnering</strong> with <strong>hands-on management accounting</strong>.</p><p> </p><p><strong>The Role</strong></p><p>Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will play a key role in driving financial performance and supporting operational decision-making.</p><p> </p><p>Responsibilities include:</p><p> </p><ul><li>Preparing monthly management accounts and variance analysis</li><li>Partnering with operational teams to provide insight and challenge</li><li>Supporting budgeting, forecasting and performance reviews</li><li>Identifying opportunities for process improvement and driving change</li><li>Assisting with ad-hoc projects and strategic initiatives</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>The Ideal Management Accountant will be:</strong></p><ul><li>CIMA or ACCA part-qualified (or equivalent)</li><li>Strong management accounting experience with exposure to business partnering</li><li>Commercially aware, confident communicator and able to influence stakeholders</li><li>Career-oriented with a proactive approach to driving change and adding value</li></ul><p><strong> </strong></p><p><strong>Salary & Benefits:</strong></p><ul><li>£40,000 - £45,000 per annum</li><li>Excellent benefits package including pension and bonus</li><li>Hybrid working</li><li>Opportunities for professional development and study support</li></ul><p>Robert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
