Robert Half are working with a dynamic organisation recognised for their ambitious M&A activity is seeking an experienced Interim Financial Controller to lead their finance team through a period of positive change.</p><p>Key Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Oversee day-to-day financial operations and ensure robust reporting through a period of rapid business expansion.</li><li>Provide hands-on leadership to the finance function, ideally with experience managing and developing a team within a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Act as finance lead for the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics, supporting business integration, data migration, and process optimisation.</li><li>Partner with senior leadership to drive strategic initiatives, streamline procedures, and enhance financial controls.</li><li>Support post-acquisition integration, ensuring seamless financial reporting and compliance.</li></ul><p>The Ideal Candidate:</p><ul><li>Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).</li><li>Demonstrable experience as a Financial Controller or in a similar leadership role within an acquisitive or transformation-focused business.</li><li>Proven capabilities managing, developing, and mentoring finance teams.</li><li>Hands-on experience with ERP/system implementation, previous use of Microsoft Dynamics is highly desirable.</li><li>Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.</li><li>Available to start on short notice for an interim assignment.</li></ul><p>Join a forward-thinking business poised for further growth and transformation, and play a pivotal role in its success.</p><p>Ready to take the next step?
