Employing c.65 employees - this is the base for the EMEA operation which has presence in mainland Germany. </p><p>The Role</p><p>The EMEA Finance Manager will oversee the day-to-day financial management and reporting operations for the EMEA business, covering entities in the UK, Germany & Poland. - <p><strong>Role:</strong></p><p>Our client is looking for an immediate, temporary, Finance Manager to assist them for 12 months. You be will be responsible for following duties:</p><ul><li>Own the end-to-end accounting processes supporting the Marketing organisation, ensuring complete, accurate, and timely accounting under US GAAP.</li><li>Partner with Marketing, Commercial, FP&A, Legal, and other cross-functional stakeholders to evaluate new initiatives, contracts, and campaigns, providing accounting guidance and ensuring appropriate accounting outcomes.</li><li>Apply knowledge of ASC 606 to assess whether marketing arrangements have revenue recognition implications, including customer incentives, promotional programs, and commercial agreements.</li><li>Manage month-end close activities across the Marketing portfolio, including journal entries, reconciliations, variance analysis, accruals, and balance sheet integrity.</li><li>Prepare technical accounting documentation, accounting position papers, and process documentation while supporting internal controls and responding to internal and external audit requests.</li><li>Identify, lead, and implement process improvements that strengthen controls, reduce manual effort, and improve scalability through automation, system enhancements, and AI-enabled workflows.</li><li>Organise and lead cross-functional initiatives, building productive relationships with Finance, Marketing, Commercial, Product, Legal, Operations, and other business partners.</li></ul><p><strong>Profile:</strong></p><p>The successful, temporary Finance Manager will be qualified (Eg. ACA, ACCA, CIMA or CPA) and will have a strong understanding of US GAAP & ASC 606. Ideally you will have experience using Netsuite or a similar large ERP system. </p><p>You must be immediate or 1 weeks notice to be considered for this role.</p><p><strong>Client:</strong></p><p>Our client are a leading Tech firm based in London.
