  • <p>Robert Half Finance &amp; Accounting are partnering with a leading Software Commodities business in London to recruit an immediate, Interim Treasury Assistant for 2-3 months.</p><p><strong>Role:</strong></p><p>Our client is looking for an immediate interim Treasury Assistant to assist them for 2-3 months. You will be responsible for following duties:</p><ul><li>Support the day-to-day management of cash and payments across multiple bank accounts and currencies.</li><li>Prepare and maintain daily and weekly bank reconciliations, investigating and resolving discrepancies promptly.</li><li>Perform urgent and ad-hoc reconciliations as required to ensure accurate and up-to-date cash positions.</li><li>Manage daily and weekly payment runs, ensuring payments are processed accurately and within required deadlines.</li><li>Monitor cash balances across multiple accounts and currencies, providing regular cash balance reporting.</li><li>Support short-term cash flow and liquidity forecasting, identifying upcoming funding requirements and potential cash surpluses.</li><li>Assist with overall liquidity management and ensure sufficient funds are available to meet payment obligations.</li><li>Support the onboarding and setup of new bank accounts, including coordination with relevant internal and external stakeholders.</li><li>Maintain accurate treasury records and ensure banking information is kept up to date.</li><li>Work closely with Finance and other internal teams to resolve cash, payment and reconciliation queries.</li><li>Utilise NetSuite to record, monitor and reconcile financial transactions and support treasury reporting.</li><li>Provide support on ad-hoc treasury and cash management activities as required.</li></ul><p><strong>Profile:</strong></p><p>The successful interim Treasury Assistant will have 1+ years experience <br /> You must be immediate or 1 weeks notice to be considered for this role.</p><p><strong>Salary &amp; Benefits:</strong></p><p>This role is paying between £140-£160 per day DOE</p><p>Robert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
