Robert Half Technology are assisting UK's market leading sports media organisation to recruit a NetSuite Administrator on an initial 3 month contract - Hybrid working - LondonWe are looking for an experienced NetSuite Administrator to take ownership of the day-to-day administration, maintenance, and optimisation of our NetSuite ERP platform. The successful candidate will work closely with Finance, Operations, Sales, and IT teams to ensure NetSuite continues to support business processes efficiently while delivering a high level of user support and system performance.Role<ul><li>The NetSuite Administrator will administer, configure, and maintain the NetSuite ERP platform, ensuring system performance, security, and data integrity.</li><li>Provide first and second-line support for NetSuite users, troubleshooting issues and resolving system-related queries.</li><li>Manage user accounts, roles, permissions, and role-based access controls.</li><li>Configure NetSuite records, forms, workflows, saved searches, reports, dashboards, and custom fields to meet business requirements.</li><li>Support system enhancements by gathering business requirements, testing solutions, and coordinating deployments.</li><li>Manage system releases, ensuring changes are documented, tested, approved, and deployed in line with change management procedures.</li><li>Perform system testing, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and regression testing for new functionality and enhancements.</li><li>Support data migration activities, including data cleansing, validation, imports, and reconciliation.</li><li>Monitor integrations between NetSuite and third-party applications, identifying and resolving data or integration issues.</li><li>Produce and maintain system documentation, including configuration guides, process documentation, release notes, and user manuals.</li><li>Create reports, saved searches, dashboards, and KPIs to support business reporting and decision-making.</li><li>Deliver user training and create training materials to maximise adoption and promote best practice.</li><li>Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and system optimisation.</li><li>Ensure compliance with internal controls, governance, and data management standards.</li><li>Provide ongoing post-implementation support and recommend continuous improvements to the NetSuite environment.</li></ul>Profile<ul data-spread="false"><li>The NetSuite Administrator will have proven experience as a NetSuite Administrator or NetSuite Functional Support Analyst.</li><li>Strong knowledge of NetSuite administration, configuration, and system maintenance.</li><li>Experience managing users, roles, permissions, saved searches, dashboards, reports, workflows, and customisations.</li><li>Experience supporting NetSuite integrations with third-party applications.</li><li>Knowledge of ERP systems and business processes, particularly Finance, Procurement, Sales, and Operations.</li><li>Experience with data imports, exports, data cleansing, and migration.</li><li>Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.</li><li>Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.</li><li>Ability to prioritise workload and manage multiple requests in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Experience supporting system upgrades, releases, testing, and change management activities.</li></ul>Company<ul><li>UK's market leading sports Media organisation with offices in London </li><li>Hybrid working </li></ul>Salary & BenefitsThe salary range/rates of pay is dependent upon your experience, qualifications or training.Robert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
