<p>On behalf of Protiviti, a leading global business consulting firm, we are seeking to engage an experienced interim Finance Process Lead to drive the design and implementation of end-to-end finance processes as part of a major Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations ERP transformation.</p><p data-start="620" data-end="647"><strong data-end="645" data-start="620">Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul data-end="1295" data-start="648"><li data-end="824" data-start="648"><p data-end="824" data-start="650">Lead the design and documentation of future-state finance processes, including budgeting, forecasting, capital project tracking, asset accounting, and management reporting.</p></li><li data-start="825" data-end="951"><p data-start="827" data-end="951">Act as the bridge between finance teams and technology partners to ensure ERP configuration aligns with operational needs.</p></li><li data-end="1076" data-start="952"><p data-start="954" data-end="1076">Drive stakeholder engagement across finance, commercial, operations, and IT teams to foster collaboration and alignment.</p></li><li data-start="1077" data-end="1191"><p data-end="1191" data-start="1079">Establish governance, embed process controls, and lead continuous improvement initiatives post-implementation.</p></li><li data-end="1295" data-start="1192"><p data-end="1295" data-start="1194">Support change management activities, including training, documentation, and user adoption efforts.</p></li></ul><p data-start="1297" data-end="1327"><strong data-end="1325" data-start="1297">Key Skills & Experience:</strong></p><ul data-end="1807" data-start="1328"><li data-end="1452" data-start="1328"><p data-end="1452" data-start="1330">Proven experience in finance process ownership within ERP transformation programmes, ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O.</p></li><li data-end="1549" data-start="1453"><p data-end="1549" data-start="1455">Strong understanding of finance operating models, process design, and regulatory compliance.</p></li><li data-end="1643" data-start="1550"><p data-end="1643" data-start="1552">Ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders and work closely with system integrators.</p></li><li data-end="1724" data-start="1644"><p data-end="1724" data-start="1646">Experience with process mapping tools and frameworks (e.g. APQC, BPM tools).</p></li><li data-end="1807" data-start="1725"><p data-end="1807" data-start="1727">Excellent communication skills with a proactive approach to change management.</p></li></ul><p data-start="1809" data-end="1838"><strong data-start="1809" data-end="1836">Additional Information:</strong></p><ul data-start="1839" data-end="2027"><li data-start="1839" data-end="1979"><p data-end="1979" data-start="1841">The role is near Bristol with a flexible hybrid model-up to 3 days onsite some weeks, fully remote at others.</p></li></ul><p>Robert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
