Robert Half Finance & Accounting are partnering with a leading Production Company in London to recruit an immediate, Interim Purchase Ledger Clerk for 12 months on a fixed term basis.Role:Our client is looking for an immediate interim Financial Analyst to assist them for 6 months. You will be responsible for following duties:<ul><li>Daily posting and allocations of invoices (on to PMI accounts system)</li><li>Weekly BACS runs</li><li>Fortnightly creditor account reconciliations</li><li>Review and cleanup of the creditor ledgers with Payables Manager</li><li>Post down fortnightly bank rec items General ad-hoc duties</li><li>Basic Excel and IT skills</li><li>Experience using Finance system PMI is desirable but not essential</li><li>Excellent communication skills and ability to create working relationships at all levels</li><li>Ability to cope in a busy work environment</li><li>Ability to solve problems quickly and effectively</li><li>Attention to detail</li><li>Proactive with enthusiasm to learn</li><li>Reliable and hard working</li></ul>Profile:The successful interim Purchase Ledger Clerk will have 1-2 years experience.
