- <p><strong>Social Media & Community Executive - Chiswick - Up to £215/day - 6 month assignment - Hybrid </strong></p><p>Robert Half are thrilled to be working with a dynamic, consumer-focused team in their search for a Social Media & Community Executive to take ownership of the day-to-day social presence of a portfolio of well-loved brands.</p><p>This is a role for someone who lives and breathes social - someone who can spot a trend before it takes off, write copy that people want to engage with, and turn conversations happening online into meaningful insights for the wider business.</p><p>You'll be at the heart of the community: publishing content, responding to parents, monitoring conversations, identifying emerging issues and making sure every interaction feels authentic, empathetic and true to the brand.</p><p><strong>Key Details: </strong></p><ul><li><strong>Job Title</strong>: Social Media & Community Executive</li><li><strong>Pay</strong>: £200 - £215/day, DOE</li><li><strong>Location</strong>: Chiswick</li><li><strong>Working Pattern</strong>: Hybrid - 2 days onsite, 3 days remote</li><li><strong>Contract Length</strong>: 6 months</li></ul><p><strong>Responsibilities: </strong></p><ul><li>Own the daily execution of the social content calendar, including scheduling, publishing and community engagement.</li><li>Be the friendly, knowledgeable voice of the brand online, responding to comments, DMs and mentions with empathy and the right tone of voice.</li><li>Monitor social conversations and sentiment, turning what you hear into clear, actionable insights.</li><li>Produce weekly social listening reports covering category trends, brand sentiment and emerging conversations.</li><li>Keep a close eye on potential issues and identify, manage and escalate crises quickly and appropriately.</li><li>Stay ahead of social trends - both within the category and across the wider social landscape.</li><li>Monitor competitors daily and provide meaningful comparisons and insights.</li><li>Feed real-time consumer insight into the wider strategic briefing process.</li><li>Connect social activity with wider channels including influencer, web, email and consumer care.</li><li>Work closely with Digital Content & Strategy, Consumer Care, Brand and Legal & Regulatory teams.</li></ul><p><strong>Requirements: </strong></p><ul><li>Outstanding copywriting skills and a natural ability to adapt tone of voice.</li><li>Strong knowledge of the major social platforms and how audiences behave on each.</li><li>Experience with social listening tools, trend analysis and competitor monitoring.</li><li>A genuine talent for spotting cultural moments, trends and the zeitgeist.</li><li>Experience working within community management and/or crisis management protocols.</li><li>Exceptional empathy and active listening skills.</li><li>The confidence and composure to manage sensitive or challenging conversations.</li><li>A strong consumer-first mindset and the ability to advocate for the customer internally.</li><li>Excellent attention to detail, particularly where compliance and brand reputation are concerned.</li></ul><p>Robert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
