This is a newly created role, paying up to £60,000 with company bonus, excellent benefits and hybrid working. Interim Integration Director - HealthcareRobert Half is supporting a healthcare organisation with the appointment of an Interim Transformation / Integration Director to lead a major integration programme for a period of 6-12 Months.This is a high-impact interim assignment, focused on integrating an acquisition. The successful candidate will take ownership of the mobilisation plan, customer transition, workforce integration, operating model design and commercial delivery.The role requires someone who can move quickly, operate at board level and bring structure to a complex, time-critical transformation programme.
