This is essential in ensuring data is accurate, accessible and strategically used to drive business insight and customer engagement. This will be both a hands-on technical lead and a cross-team collaborator, improving systems, processes and insights that support business growth.</p><p class="mb-10 mb-md-12 mb-lg-14 mb-2xl-16">This is a 12-month fixed term contract role, paying up to £35,000 with hybrid working (minimum 3 days a week in office).</p><p class="mb-10 mb-md-12 mb-lg-14 mb-2xl-16"><strong class="fw-600">Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul class="py-4 px-28"><li>Act as primary custodian of CRM system, ensuring its strategic development</li><li>Maintain accurate and high quality data</li><li>Develop and maintain dashboards and reports</li><li>Provide actionable insights to wider business operations</li><li>Oversee data management including imports/exports, segmentation updates</li><li>Lead on CRM optimisation projects</li><li>Drive consistency in data practices</li></ul><p class="mb-10 mb-md-12 mb-lg-14 mb-2xl-16"><strong class="fw-600">About You</strong></p><ul class="py-4 px-28"><li>Good knowledge of Excel, SQL and CRM systems (Access would be advantageous)</li><li>Proven experience in data analysis, data extraction</li><li>Ability to liaise with different levels of stakeholders</li><li>Experience in translating stakeholder requirements into relevant reports</li></ul><p class="mb-10 mb-md-12 mb-lg-14 mb-2xl-16">Paying up to £35,000 with competitive benefits!</p><p>Robert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
