You be will be responsible for following duties:</p><ul><li>Preparation of Month end reporting pack and present to the Operational Chief Financial Officer</li><li>Provide detailed commentary and analysis in support of the monthly management reporting packs</li><li>Daily Revenue file to prepare and circulate within the finance team</li><li>Reconciliation of Revenue between multiple sources and platforms</li><li>Preparation of the monthly rolling forecasts for both costs and revenue</li><li>Play a key role in developing budgets, forecast and re forecast</li><li>Provision of ad-hoc financial data and analysis to Management</li><li>Monthly analysis and review of assigned balance sheet accounts</li><li>Preparation of various reports as part of the group reporting requirements</li><li>Preparation of the Monthly Board Reporting pack for presentation</li><li>Provide the Operational Chief Financial Officer with the financial impact of any asset operational issues that may arise</li><li>Collaboration with the commercial team in respect of auction strategy and reflecting updates in the financial reports</li><li>Coordinate with members of other departments to put together the Monthly Business Review Pack</li><li>Quarterly Risk Review meetings, responsible for preparing the report and leading the review during the meeting assisted by the Operational Chief Financial Officer and the risk committee members</li><li>Supporting IT and Process improvements within the financial reporting processes </li><li>Payment's administration in RBS Bankline (and other banking platforms as becomes relevant) in respect of account payable invoices and other payments</li><li>Manage and run the Account receivable Ledger, including resolution of queries, ensuring overdue debts are monitored and chased as required</li><li>Preparation of annual financial statements</li><li>Provide financial information to the wider finance team to support the monthly financial close process</li><li>Review the payment run prepared by the Financial Assistant</li><li>Assist with actual systems and procedures development, including development of effective internal controls in line with established best practice</li><li>Assist the Financial Controller with preparation for the year end audit including production of year end schedules</li></ul><p><strong>Profile:</strong></p><p>The successful, temporary Management Accountant will be qualified (Eg. ACA, ACCA or CIMA) and has experience working within an SME business. You will have experience with revenue recognition and IFRS15. </p><p>You must be immediate or 1 weeks notice to be considered for this role.</p><p><strong>Client:</strong></p><p>Our client are a fast growing energy business based in London.
