- <h2>Accounts Payable & Payroll Assistant </h2><p class="isSelectedEnd"><strong>Fully Remote | 20-24 hours per week | 9-month contract | Up to £35,000 FTE</strong></p><p class="isSelectedEnd">Robert Half Ltd are pleased to be working with an organisation that are looking for an experienced <strong>Accounts Payable professional</strong> to join a Finance team on a 9-month contract. This is a flexible, fully remote role, with hours split across Monday-Friday, within <strong>8:30am-5:30pm</strong>.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul data-spread="false"><li>Process and code supplier invoices.</li><li>Manage GBP and USD payments.</li><li>Prepare supplier payments and obtain approvals.</li><li>Complete bank reconciliations and support prepayments.</li><li>Assist with payroll and month-end finance processes.</li><li>Resolve supplier and internal payment queries.</li><li>Maintain accurate records and produce reports using Excel.</li><li>Provide general Finance team support.</li></ul><h3>About You</h3><ul data-spread="false"><li>Strong <strong>Accounts Payable</strong> experience.</li><li>Ideally experience within a <strong>US-led company</strong>.</li><li>Some payroll exposure.</li><li>Multi-currency experience, particularly <strong>GBP and USD</strong>.</li><li>Excellent attention to detail and strong Excel skills.</li></ul><p>Robert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
