  • <p>Robert Half are pleased to be partnering with an established organisation based in <strong>Thame</strong> to recruit a <strong>Payroll Administrator</strong>. The Payroll Administrator will receive a salary up to <strong>£40,000 (potentially negotiable)</strong> along with other attractive benefits including hybrid remote working !</p><p> </p><p>Applicants who are looking for <strong>part time</strong> will be considered for this role (4 days per week or school hours)</p><p> </p><p><strong>Primary responsibilities; </strong></p><p> </p><ul><li>Support the accurate and timely processing of payrolls.</li><li>Process payroll information, checking data for completeness and accuracy.</li><li>Assist with payroll adjustments, advances and other payroll-related changes.</li><li>Process statutory deductions and other required payroll calculations.</li><li>Support payroll reconciliations and validation checks.</li><li>Assist with payroll reporting and compliance checks.</li><li>Process employee timesheets and investigate and manage exceptions.</li><li>Collect and process client timesheets in line with agreed deadlines.</li><li>Maintain accurate payroll and employee data within our payroll systems.</li><li>Work with our Sage payroll software and a range of MSP platforms used for timesheet processing.</li><li>Manage and process information received through our in-house online timesheet system.</li><li>Complete file uploads, data transfers and integrations accurately and within required timescales.</li><li>Support the administration of third-party portals.</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>Key experience and attributes; </strong></p><p> </p><ul><li>Have a genuine interest in payroll and want to develop their knowledge.</li><li>Highly organised and have excellent attention to detail.</li><li>Comfortable working with numbers, data and systems.</li><li>Take ownership of their work and are committed to getting things right.</li><li>Can work to deadlines in a busy environment.</li><li>Are confident communicating with employees, colleagues, clients and third parties.</li><li>Are naturally curious and enjoy understanding how processes work.</li></ul><p>Robert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
