While the HR function is well established, L&D is the clear gap, and this hire represents a significant investment in building capability across the business.</p><p>The role is highly visible and hands-on, with responsibility for designing and delivering L&D from scratch, rather than inheriting an existing framework. This role ensures that all banking transactions are accurately processed, reconciled, and reported within Sage in a timely manner.
