They will also take ownership of the fixed asset register and responsible for other duties including:</p><ul><li>Assisting in preparing monthly management accounts including accruals and prepayments.</li><li>Performing variance analysis and contributing to the commentary around financials.</li><li>Assist in preparing financial summaries to support decision making by senior leadership.</li><li>Maintain the fixed asset register accurately.</li><li>Preparing monthly depreciation schedules and ensure accurate reporting.</li><li>Track and report on CapEx projects.</li><li>Assist with month-end and year-end closing.</li><li>Assist in regularly enhancing financial systems and various processes.</li><li>Provide ad hoc analysis and support across the wider business.</li></ul><p><strong>Profile</strong></p><p>The ideal candidate for this Management Accountant position, should have the following attributes:</p><ul><li>Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a finance capacity, producing management account packs.</li><li>Experience with fixed asset register, as well as balance sheet reconciliations.</li><li>Can be a part-qualified accountant or qualified by experience.</li><li>Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.</li><li>Confident with Excel</li><li>Experience with Access Financials would be advantageous</li></ul><p><strong>Salary & Benefits</strong></p><p>£40,000 to £50,000 plus benefits including:</p><ul><li>Study support</li><li>Pension scheme</li><li>25 days holiday + bank holiday</li><li>Career development plans</li><li>EV Car scheme & more!</li><li><strong>Full-time in office</strong></li></ul><p>Robert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
