This is an excellent role for someone who enjoys working with data, is confident in Excel, is naturally tech-savvy, and is motivated by improving processes and delivering meaningful management information.</p><p>You'll work across finance and operational systems to maintain data integrity, produce regular reporting, and support ongoing process improvement initiatives - reporting directly into a very supportive Finance Manager.</p><h1><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h1><ul><li>Support the production of regular financial, KPI and management reports using Excel and other reporting tools</li><li>Maintain accurate finance and operational data across multiple systems, investigating and resolving discrepancies</li><li>Assist with reconciliation and consolidation of data from multiple systems to ensure accurate reporting</li><li>Support development and maintenance of Excel reports and Power Query solutions, with scope to develop into Power BI in future</li><li>Provide day-to-day support for finance systems, including maintaining system records and assisting users with queries</li><li>Support system testing, upgrades and data mapping for new functionality</li><li>Assist with budgeting, forecasting and ad hoc financial analysis</li></ul><h1><strong>Your Profile</strong></h1><ul><li>Advanced Excel skills - formulas, PivotTables and data analysis essential; knowledge of Power Query/Power Pivot desirable, or a strong willingness to learn</li><li>Strong attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and integrity</li><li>Comfortable working with large datasets and producing accurate reports</li><li>Understanding of accounting principles and management reporting</li><li>Good numerical and analytical skills, with the ability to investigate and resolve data discrepancies</li><li>A proactive, organised approach with strong problem-solving skills</li><li>Confident communicator, able to support colleagues with finance system queries</li></ul><h1>What's on offer</h1><ul><li>£35,000 - £45,000 depending on experience</li><li>6% employer pension contribution (3% employee)</li><li>22 days holiday plus bank holidays</li><li>Flexible working - full-time or part-time considered</li><li>A beautiful working environment, a genuinely friendly team, and on-site parking</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>If this sounds of interest, please get in touch with Robert Half to find out more.</strong></p><p>Robert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
