  • <p>Robert Half Technology are assisting a market leading b2b SaaS organisation to recruit a Project Manager on an initial 6-12 month contract basis. Remote working - UK based </p><p data-pm-slice="1 1 []">We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to take ownership of a large-scale, global Lead-to-Cash transformation programme within a complex enterprise environment.</p><p>This is a significant, business-critical programme spanning NetSuite and Salesforce and covering the end-to-end Lead-to-Cash lifecycle. </p><p data-pm-slice="1 1 []">You will be joining an established project and will need to quickly understand the current landscape, assess progress, identify gaps and delivery risks, and bring the structure and leadership required to drive the programme successfully through its remaining phases.</p><p>We are therefore looking for someone who has previously delivered end-to-end Lead-to-Cash programmes at enterprise scale and is comfortable stepping into a complex, in-flight transformation.</p><p><strong>Role</strong></p><ul><li>The Project Manager will take ownership of the delivery of a large-scale, global Lead-to-Cash transformation programme.</li><li>Manage the programme across the full Lead-to-Cash lifecycle, from lead and opportunity management through contracting, order management, billing and cash collection.</li><li>Coordinate delivery and dependencies across Salesforce and NetSuite.</li><li>Rapidly assess the current state of the programme, identifying delivery gaps, risks, dependencies and areas requiring remediation.</li><li>Establish and maintain clear programme governance, plans, milestones and accountability across multiple workstreams.</li><li>Manage complex dependencies across commercial, sales, finance, technology and operational teams.</li><li>Work closely with senior stakeholders, providing clear reporting on programme status, risks, issues and key decisions.</li><li>Proactively identify and resolve issues that could impact successful delivery.</li><li>Coordinate internal teams, third parties and implementation partners where required.</li><li>Drive the programme through its remaining phases while maintaining momentum and ensuring successful business outcomes.</li></ul><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>The Project Manager will have significant Project/Programme Management experience within large, complex enterprise environments.</li><li>Experience delivering Lead-to-Cash transformation within a global technology organisation.</li><li>Strong understanding of how Salesforce and NetSuite integrate across the Lead-to-Cash lifecycle.</li><li>Demonstrable experience delivering end-to-end Lead-to-Cash transformation programmes.</li><li>Strong understanding of Lead-to-Cash processes and the dependencies between sales, commercial, finance and technology functions.</li><li>Experience delivering transformation programmes involving Salesforce and NetSuite.</li><li>Experience managing large-scale, global or multi-region programmes with multiple stakeholders and workstreams.</li><li>Proven ability to take ownership of an in-flight programme, rapidly understand its current position and address existing delivery challenges.</li><li>Strong programme governance, RAID management, planning and dependency-management experience.</li><li>Excellent senior stakeholder management skills, with the credibility to engage effectively with executive-level stakeholders.</li><li>Previous experience within a SaaS or enterprise software business.</li></ul><p><strong>Company</strong></p><ul><li>Market leading b2b SaaS organisation with Offices in London</li><li>Remote working - UK based </li></ul><p><strong>Salary &amp; Benefits</strong></p><p>The salary range/rates of pay is dependent upon your experience, qualifications or training.</p><p>Robert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
