<p>Robert Half are recruiting for an experienced IT Manager to join a growing HealthTech organisation based in Milton Keynes on an initial 3 month contract. This role will lead IT operations, infrastructure, service delivery, and cybersecurity within a fast paced, regulated environment.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li style="font-weight: 400;">Manage and maintain all IT infrastructure including networks, servers, cloud platforms, endpoints, and core business applications<br /><br /></li><li style="font-weight: 400;">Ensure high availability, performance, resilience, and security of IT systems<br /><br /></li><li style="font-weight: 400;">Oversee 1st, 2nd, and 3rd line support and act as the senior escalation point<br /><br /></li><li style="font-weight: 400;">Establish and continuously improve IT policies, procedures, and service standards<br /><br /></li><li style="font-weight: 400;">Allocate workload effectively and provide technical leadership to the IT function<br /><br /></li><li style="font-weight: 400;">Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through technology and automation<br /><br /></li><li style="font-weight: 400;">Plan and deliver system upgrades, migrations, and infrastructure enhancements<br /><br /></li><li style="font-weight: 400;">Align IT initiatives with wider business objectives</li><li style="font-weight: 400;">Manage cybersecurity risks including vulnerability management, patching, backups, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning<br /><br /></li><li style="font-weight: 400;">Oversee third party vendors and enforce robust access control policies</li></ul><ul><li style="font-weight: 400;">Work closely with senior leadership and department heads to understand business requirements</li></ul><ul><li style="font-weight: 400;">Provide regular reporting on IT performance, risk posture, and ongoing initiatives<br /><br /></li></ul><p><strong>Experience Required:</strong></p><ul><li style="font-weight: 400;">Proven experience in an IT Manager or senior IT leadership role<br /><br /></li><li style="font-weight: 400;">Strong background in IT operations and service delivery management<br /><br /></li><li style="font-weight: 400;">Experience managing support functions and driving service improvement<br /><br /></li><li style="font-weight: 400;">Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills<br /><br /></li><li style="font-weight: 400;">Strong hands on expertise across infrastructure, networking, and end user computing environments<br /><br /></li><li style="font-weight: 400;">Proven experience with Microsoft Azure (IaaS, networking, storage, security)<br /><br /></li><li style="font-weight: 400;">In depth knowledge of Microsoft 365 including Entra ID (Azure AD)<br /><br /></li><li style="font-weight: 400;">Strong administration experience across Microsoft Server and Desktop operating systems<br /><br /></li><li style="font-weight: 400;">Hands on experience with Microsoft Hyper V virtualisation<br /><br /></li><li style="font-weight: 400;">Expert knowledge of Microsoft Intune and endpoint/mobile device management<br /><br /></li><li style="font-weight: 400;">Strong understanding of firewall technologies, network security principles, and the OSI model<br /><br /></li><li style="font-weight: 400;">Experience managing network switching environments</li></ul><p><strong>Contract</strong></p><ul><li style="font-weight: 400;">Initial 3 month contract<br /><br /></li><li style="font-weight: 400;">Competitive day rate - Inside IR35<br /><br /></li><li style="font-weight: 400;">Hybrid working - Milton Keynes based</li></ul><p>Robert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
