The Operations & Fund Accountant will ensure the accounting and fund operations workflows underpinning my client's platform are correctly designed, applied, and maintained - both for existing clients and, critically, when onboarding new asset manager clients onto the platform. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role: you'll be the person who makes sure the two-sleeve mechanics, discount adjustments, and liquidity workflows translate correctly into accounting treatment for each client, and that new integrations don't introduce errors or compliance gaps.<br />This role sits at the intersection of finance, compliance, and product. You'll work closely with founders, engineering, external administrators, and legal/tax advisors, and you'll have direct involvement in commercial conversations and technical due diligence with prospective asset manager clients.</p><p> </p><p>The Candidate</p><p>The successful Operations and Fund Accounting specialist will be a fully qualified fund accountant, ACA, ACCA or CIMA, with at least 2 years of post qualified experience. Experience in fund accounting, fund administration, or fund controllership - private markets, secondaries, or money market experience is a strong plus.</p><p> </p><p>The Firm</p><p>The firm is a Fintech operating in the asset management space. They are a small, globally based team thus this is a a fully remote role.
