You'll play a key role in ensuring accuracy, compliance, and continuous improvement within the finance function while providing insight and support to senior stakeholders across the business.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Lead the month-end close process, delivering accurate and timely management accounts.</li><li>Manage balance sheet reconciliations, cash flow forecasting, and multi-entity consolidations.</li><li>Oversee invoicing, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and audit coordination.</li><li>Partner with the CFO on budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial analysis.</li><li>Identify and implement process improvements to strengthen financial controls and efficiency.</li><li>Support compliance and statutory reporting across UK and international entities.</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>About You</strong></p><ul><li>Fully qualified (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA)</li><li>Strong technical accounting skills and confident managing the full month-end process.</li><li>Experienced in management reporting, audit preparation, and financial systems (NetSuite advantageous).</li><li>Nice to have: professional services or consultancy based background</li><li>Nice to have: SME background</li><li>Detail-oriented with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.</li><li>Proactive, hands-on, and adaptable.
