  • <p data-end="624" data-start="320">We are seeking an experienced Interim Senior Technical Accounting Analyst to support a time-critical finance transformation for a US listed group with international operations. </p><p data-start="320" data-end="624">This role will play a key part in a short term assignment focused on IFRS to US GAAP conversion and external reporting.</p><h3 data-end="650" data-start="626">Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Support the conversion of subsidiary financial information from IFRS to US GAAP.</li><li>Prepare detailed working papers, journals and reconciliations to support external reporting.</li><li>Perform technical accounting analysis and prepare clear accounting memoranda.</li><li>Identify and advise on non routine or complex transactions.</li><li>Act as a technical accounting contact for audit queries, providing robust documentation.</li><li>Collaborate with corporate accounting, FP&amp;A, tax and other finance stakeholders.</li></ul><h3 data-end="1472" data-start="1440">Required Experience &amp; Skills</h3><ul><li>Strong working knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS.</li><li>Must be ACCA / ACA qualified. </li><li>Experience supporting SEC reporting and audit processes.</li><li>Excellent analytical, documentation and communication skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and deliver to tight deadlines.</li><li>Preferred Experience</li></ul><p>Interim assignment for minimum 3 months </p><p>Immediate start!</p><p> </p><p>Robert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
