<p>Cyber Security Manager South Wales | Hybrid working Up to £100,000 + bonus + enhanced pension<br /><br />We're working with a large, regulated organisation operating in the critical infrastructure sector who are strengthening their cyber security leadership capability.<br /><br />They're looking for a Cyber Security Manager to take ownership of key security functions and help shape the organisation's long-term cyber strategy.<br /><br />This is a senior leadership role with responsibility across several security disciplines including Security Architecture, Identity & Access Management and Information Security, working closely with operational and technology teams.<br /><br />The role<br /><br />You'll play a key role in developing and maturing cyber resilience across the organisation, including:<br />* Leading and developing cyber security teams<br />* Owning and evolving cyber security strategy and roadmaps<br />* Ensuring alignment with recognised frameworks such as CAF, NIST or ISO27001<br />* Working with senior stakeholders to manage cyber risk and resilience planning<br />* Overseeing security architecture and identity strategy across enterprise environments<br />* Supporting incident response, risk management and regulatory engagement<br />* Helping embed a strong security culture across the organisation<br /><br />What we're looking for<br /><br />We're keen to speak with people who can demonstrate:<br />* Proven experience leading security teams in an enterprise or regulated environment<br />* Strong background in Security Architecture or Identity & Access Management<br />* Experience shaping strategy and managing cyber risk at organisational level<br />* Familiarity with frameworks such as CAF, NIST or ISO27001<br />* Strong stakeholder engagement skills and experience working at senior level<br />* Certifications such as CISSP or CISM, or equivalent experience at this level<br /><br /></p><p>Robert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
