<p>Exciting opportunity for an IT Manager to join a growing not-for-profit organisation based in Oxford, offering up to £59,000 plus excellent benefits (including hybrid working)</p><p><strong>The Role</strong></p><p>The IT Manager will be a standalone position, so an excellent blend of hands-on, operational work as well as strategic planning and project management. </p><p>Responsibilities will include:</p><ul><li>working closely with senior stakeholders, developing a strategic road-map for IT and systems</li><li>managing effective relationships with 3rd party vendors </li><li>overseeing day to day management of systems, networks and infrastructure </li><li>cyber security ownership, ensuring company compliance with various industry standards</li><li>project, change, budget and risk management</li></ul><p><strong>About you</strong></p><p>Applicants for the IT Manager role will have:</p><ul><li>a hands-on systems configurations, hardware and networking skills </li><li>experience of IT management, developing IT strategies, and budget management </li><li>experience of supervising/managing small teams </li><li>cyber security experience including knowledge of ISO27001 / ISO277001</li></ul><p><strong>On offer</strong></p><p>Salary of up to £59,000 plus excellent company benefits, including hybrid and flexible working options</p><p>Robert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
