<h1> </h1><p>Robert Half are working with a well-established business based in North Bristol who are looking to bring in an experienced interim to support a critical period of change within their finance function.</p><p>Following recent team changes, the business has identified clear capability gaps and a pressing need to stabilise and improve core finance processes - particularly where manual, Excel-based workflows are currently creating operational risk. This is a hands-on role where you will make a tangible impact from day one.</p><ul><li>Immediate start required</li><li>Day rate up to £350 per day</li><li>Flexible hybrid working arrangements</li></ul><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Streamline and automate existing workflows, with a focus on Excel, reporting and data handling</li><li>Leverage Office 365 tools - including Power Automate - to reduce manual effort and increase reliability</li><li>Identify and address areas where manual processes are creating issues.</li><li>Support day-to-day treasury activities including allocations, receipts, payments and invoicing</li><li>Ensure core processes are as automated and robust as possible</li><li>Build and enhance reporting tools that integrate across the wider group structure</li><li>Ensure consistency and visibility of financial data across multiple entities</li><li>Support integration between Sage and other group systems, including SAP.</li></ul><p><strong>What We're Looking For:</strong></p><ul><li>Strong Excel and data analytics skills - comfortable working with large data sets and building automated solutions</li><li>Demonstrable experience in process improvement and automation, ideally using Power Automate or similar tools</li><li>Solid grounding in accounting fundamentals, particularly treasury and transactional finance</li><li>Proven ability to hit the ground running in an interim capacity and deliver results quickly</li><li>Confident communicator able to work across finance and operational teams</li></ul><p>For more information, or to apply please respond to this advert or contact Ben Williams @ Robert Half on 01179 935400.</p><p> </p><p>Robert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
