Missions<ul><li>Validate & Refine Business Processes:</li></ul>Review and enhance draft "To Be" processes, ensuring completeness, alignment with industry standards, and ERP best practices. Lead working sessions with stakeholders to clarify process flows, business rules, pain points, and integration points.<ul><li>Define Business Requirements:</li></ul>Translate validated processes into clear, actionable business requirements, including data needs, reporting, and integration touchpoints. Create draft Business Requirements Documents using agreed templates and documentation methods.<ul><li>Support RFP Readiness:</li></ul>Finalize functional documentation required for the ERP/System Integrator (SI) selection process.
