Lead and manage a team of QA testers, providing coaching, mentorship, and performance feedback.Define and implement a comprehensive QA strategy aligned with the project requirements and development methodology (Agile, Waterfall).Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and other QA documentation.Select and implement appropriate testing tools and methodologies (functional testing, non-functional testing, automation testing).Manage the testing process, including test execution, defect tracking, and reporting.Collaborate with developers to identify, reproduce, and resolve software defects efficiently.Participate in code reviews and identify potential quality issues early in the development process.
