Testing/QA Manager Job Description

QA Managers in Canada play a key role in ensuring the quality of software applications within an organization. This role leads a team of Quality Assurance (QA) testers, defines and implements testing strategies, and oversees the entire software development lifecycle (SDLC) from a quality perspective.

Typical testing/QA manager duties:

Lead and manage a team of QA testers, providing coaching, mentorship, and performance feedback.
