They ensure compliance with fund mandates and regulatory requirements. This position demands strong analytical skills, meticulous attention to detail, and deep knowledge of investment products and fund structures. Typically, 3-6 years of progressive experience in fund operations, investment accounting, or back-office financial services is required. A Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business is essential, with relevant industry certifications (e.g., CSC) preferred. Familiarity with Canadian investment regulations is crucial.
